SHIPPING & RETURNS
Currently, shopping on this site only includes options for shipping within the United States. I'll be working to include international shipping options over the next little while. Thanks for your patience.
Protecting items during transit:
I take care to package all items in order for them to arrive in the best condition possible. All orders include a small gift box which protects your items, whether they ship in a padded envelope or a box.
Production time
Production time varies by order, but for handmade earring orders, 5 business days are padded in for build time. Curated items are typically on-hand so they will likely ship out more quickly than handmade orders.
Shipping options at checkout:
Currently the US Postal Service is experiencing unprecedented volume of mail, combined with a limited scheduling of employees due to Covid-19. Because of this, packages may take longer than normal to arrive. We're all going to get through this together, thanks so much for your patience.
After placing your desired items into your cart, continue to checkout and select from the dropdown menu in the Order Summary section on the right hand side.

First Class shipping with USPS is FREE on orders over $35, otherwise a simple flat fee of $3.
you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days after shipment

Priority Mail shipping with USPS is FREE on orders over $45, otherwise a flat fee of $9
you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days after shipment

RUSH order $40
select this option and use the Add A Note option on the left hand side of the checkout page to tell me the date by which you need your order to arrive along with your email address, and I will do my best to made that happen. This option will prioritize your order to the front of my production line and is the best way to insure your order by a specific rushed date.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Have no signs of wear or damage

In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

Please return your order in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Mejuri will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.
Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Stil Works Studio has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
Canceling an order
I accept cancellations for: curated collection items.
I don't accept cancellations for: handmade items if it has been longer than 2 days since placing your order, as I likely will have purchased materials needed to fulfill it. When ordering, please keep in mind my handmade collections are made in small batches to order.
Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns.
